Spoon - I Turn My Camera On

Embarrassing that this is the first thing that comes to my mind, and it's a bit of a stretch, but: "Girls on Film", Duran Duran.

Stretching it further: "Centerfold", J. Giels Band.

"Into the Lens", Yes.

"Photograph", Def Leppard.

Simon & Garfunkel's Bookends Theme:

Time it was, and what a time it was it was
A time of innocence
A time of confidences
Long ago, it must be
I have a photograph
Preserve your memories
They're all that's left you

Fountain of Sorrow - Jackson Brown
Looking through some photographs I found inside a drawer
I was taken by a photograph of you
There were one or two I know that you would have liked a little more
But they didn't show your spirit quite as true

You were turning round to see who was behind you
And I took your childish laughter by surprise
And at the moment that my camera happened to find you
There was just a trace of sorrow in your eyes

There's at least one wonderful poem by Ogden Nash called Waiting for the Birdie

Some hate broccoli, some hate bacon
but I hate having my picture taken
How could your family claim to love you-
And then demand a picture of you?

That's sort of the flavor of it there.

Not at all trying to be snarky, but have you tried Google? If you Google the words (not phrase) "photo songs" you will find several pretty good threads devoted to this topic as the first few hits.

Yep, but sometimes people know find cool stuff that is less direct than the actual words I'd search on. Hive mind and all that. Plus, I really like the links, which some posters included.

Saint Etienne's The Bad Photographer is a better song than the lyrics suggest.

Totally seconding the Aluminum Group and Air suggestions from above - both gorgeous songs.

R.E.M. have both Camera and Photograph.

The Bird & The Bee have a cute, They Might Be Giants-esque little electro-bubblegum number called I Hate Camera that's pretty terrific.

Also in the electro-pop domain, Depeche Mode's Photographic.

So many more in the canon, but these are songs I'd actually recommend.

In Penny Lane there is a barber showing photographs
Of every head he's had the pleasure to know.
And all the people that come and go
Stop and say hello.

(Oh, crap. Cut and pasted the first google results without reading carefully. I'm pretty sure it's: "Of every head he's had the pleasure to have known...")

Peg by Steely Dan
I've seen your picture
Your name in lights above it
This is your big debut
Its like a dream come true
And when you smile for the camera
I know they're gonna love it

I like your pin shot
I keep it with your letter
Done up in blueprint blue
It sure looks good on you
So wont you smile for the camera
I know I'll love you better

Peg
It will come back to you
Peg
It will come back to you
Then the shutter falls
You see it all in 3-d
Its your favorite foreign movie
