seeking weird japanese fim title

last spring, there were postings about this long and quite weird japanese film about some folk singer, a girl practicing with a tennis racket, a tiny adult with boring name... what was its title?

Best answer: It sounds like Funky Forest: The First Contact, but I've only seen the couple clips of the movie that were on an issue of Wholphin. Ok!
