I have a lemon verbena plant that's getting nice and bushy. Any recipe ideas?

Lemon verbena sorbet is yummy with fruit of all kinds. Also, I made a delicious batch of iced tea last week by infusing a few branches of lemon verbena with a bit of green tea in a gallon jug of water in the fridge. It also dries really well, so hang a bunch up and you can store it indefinitely.

Try making a sauce with blackberries.

Brew some iced tea with it.

Dry it and use in potpourri.

There is always making an infused liquer. Take your verbena and steep in vodka for a bit - like a few weeks to a few months.
