What was this rap video featuring a marching band?

There's a rap video I saw a few years ago on a MTV, can anyone help me figure out what it is?

The video featured the rapper marching through what seemed like the streets of New Orleans with a marching band following behind him. It was one rapper, not a group. If I remember correctly, this was interspersed with footage of the rapper in a straitjacket. The song itself featured the horns, and the rapper had a raspy voice. This was probably about 3-4 years ago (if not more). The video was shown on MTV. Can anyone remember what this song was? Sorry this is so vague!

Response by poster: WOW! Yup, it was Mystikal's Bouncin' Back. Haha, thanks!!! Y'all have scratched a long-term itch. That straitjacket page was sorta disturbing though.

Wow, I didn't know about this song, but I'm glad you asked about it. Good find. This song is crazy (in a good way).

Dagnabbit, beaten to the punch. One of my favorite Neptunes productions, with a great nod to Mystikal's New Orleans background.
