Cheap comic books

In Nashville TN there is a great place called The Great Escape which used to, and may still, sell crappy old comic books for 15 to 25 cents apiece. Is there such a place in the NYC area?

Here's a list of comic shops in NYC.
What you are asking for is referred to as the "Quarter Bin", a common feature in most, if not all comic shops. Some shops have a dollar bin. They apparently can't justify stocking or selling comics crappy enough to sell for two bits.

Some shops are too froo-froo to offer even the dollar bin. Hopefully someone from the area can recommend a LCS that does for you. Good luck!
