Identify these (non-)photographers?

A question from a friend: She's trying to figure out who took these (famous?) photographs.
She knows they were shot by three well-known people, but not by professional photographers. (I'm posting this as a favor from abroad, so I don't have all the details, but it sounds like this may be for some sort of contest or bet?)

Yes it is a contest. If she's trying to get AskMe to do the work for her so she can win, then that seems kind of unfair. If she just wants to find out for her own sake, she could wait until Alec Soth gets back in a few weeks and gives the solution.

I have a good guess for both, but feel weird saying. I will say, however, that I am waaaay impressed your friend figured out the other pictures. I tried Googling a bit but couldn't do it.
