IdentifyThisSongFilter: I have a recording of this song being performed by a local DJ a few years ago. He called it "The Lullaby Song" Searches for the lyrics give me nothing at all!
I'd love to find anything at all about the origin of this lullaby since I have fallen in love with it! Here are the first two verses:
Sleep, baby sleep
Close your eyes
And know I'll keep
All your fears
Far away
Sleep, baby sleep
Hold on to me
And surrender all your dreams
I will guard
Them for now
Sleep, baby sleep

Response by poster: Well seeing as the DJ was Adam Kontras... that would be it, I didn't realize it was an original song, he was just playing tons of stuff on the piano that night.
I have no idea why when I googled it, I didn't get any good hits. thanks!

It helps, when searching for lyrics, to put phrases in quotes. Then, google will look for exact phrases in that order rather than pages which simply contain all the words you search for.
