Chalkboard markers

Can anyone tell me where to find erasable, colorful markers for a chalkboard? Specifically, the vivid ones you see used at Starbucks and other merchants?

I just built an enclosure in my mudroom to cover our fusebox, and painted the door with chalkboard paint. It's a good spot to keep running lists of needed items from the hardware store, etc. I have a chalk phobia - I hate the dust and grit on my hands and the sound it makes on the board. When I ask the Sbux merchants, they tell me, basically, "Corporate sends them" , in regard to where they get their markers.

I would start at Staples. They list some colored chalk although I'm not sure if that is the right stuff. If that doesn't work, try an art supply store.

I use Chalkies. There are lots of places to buy them online. What you did is such a cool idea! I painted the door of a cabinet in my kitchen with chalkboard paint - same idea.

I've been looking for these damn things for months. Here are some places I've tried that do NOT have them:
Staples
AC Moore
Michael's
Local art supply warehouse

I am CERTAIN I've seen them in a store SOMEwhere, but I have not yet been able to figure out where. For now, best bet would be to get a set over the internet. I'm putting it off, because I don't want to spend $36 (plus shipping) for a set of 8 when I really only need maybe 2.

Starbucks used Brite Sticks in the past; now they use Chalk Ink markers.
