What's the song in the new J.C. Penney's commercial?

There's a Penney's commercial that mashes up two songs (sort of), the one I'm trying to identify goes "It's a beautiful life...[something, something] take it from me."

The other song, by the way, is "Here Comes Santa Claus," sung by Bing Crosby and the Andrews Sisters in 1950.
