What is this song that samples Calexico?

What is this dance/hip hop song that samples Calexico's "El Picador"?

I heard it in a store, but the clerks had no idea (the music there is just canned).

It's someone rap-singing over the melody line of the Calexico tune. I only heard the last bit of it. It doesn't seem to be a remix, but might be a mashup. Google fails me, at any rate.

Sounds like something Delinquent Habits might do. Though it doesn't sound like "El Picador", their song "Return of the Tres" samples something from the same genre.

That's definitely the ballpark, psyckboy, although this song *definitely* sampled "El Picador", specifically. And the vocals over it were a little mellower, kind of Tribe Called Quest-ish maybe.

I know Gotan Project did a song "featuring Calexico" called Amor Porteno. I can't remember what the song sounds like so I don't know if there's rapping, but you could track it down and see if that's it.

Gotan Project doesn't seem to be it, either. But wow, at least I've gotten two really cool artists out of this that I've never known about before, if nothing else.
