Simple rss feed for new tv eps?

Is there a simple rss feed showing new episodes of US tv tonight?

What i need is an RSS feed short & simple enough top be used on a netvibes etc homepage which displays the new episodes only for that particular night of the week, and ignores all the repeats, syndication etc. E.G tonight, it would show Season premieres on Family Guy, Simpsons, War at Home etc.
I have seen zap2itlabs etc from previous questions posed here but all seem over-complex and showing syndication. The ideal would be something similar to http://www.thefutoncritic.com/calendar.aspx?view=whatsnew which unfortunately has no rss feeds as yet

have you seen EvokeTV?
you can sign up for an account, tell it what shows you want, and it gives you an RSS feed showing upcoming episodes.

i haven't used the RSS feature so i can't tell you much more about that, but otherwise i like the service pretty well.

You could see if TorrentBot is still running.

I use My Episodes, which does mostly what you want (new episodes only, no duplicates, choose your series), but I can't seem to find any RSS feeds.
