Cystic Fibrosis, Dating, and Sex

I'm currently dating a wonderful woman who has cystic fibrosis. I've been making an effort to be as informed as possible about the disease, so I can understand and/or accomodate any special needs that she might have. What do I need to know that I won't learn from the medical websites? Of extra importance is sexuality - are there any implications of the disease in the sexual arena? Thanks!

My cousin has cystic fibrosis, and is pregnant right now, and due in a couple of weeks, so don't be too gloomy re: fertility. Some work in my hospital department demonstrated that women with CF have a high incidence of stress incontinence, but tend to cope with it really well. Hope that helps.
