Is there a music video from the 1980s where a guy in a warehouse washes his face in a sinkful of worms?

When I was growing up in the '80s, we didn't have MTV, so I only got to see videos at friends' houses. So this is a video I would only have seen once. Haven't been able to find it on the internet and am starting to wonder if I just made it up.

What I remember is a group of guys singing in a big empty warehouse, and then one of them (probably the lead singer, with medium-length feathered '80s hair) washes his face in a sink full of worms, splashing them on his face as if they were water. I think the song was an earnest song, maybe a ballad -- not a punky upbeat thing -- but could be wrong about this. Ring any bells?

Response by poster: Bless you all! I am embarrassed to admit for how long I've been wondering about this, and it didn't occur to me to search for "music video"+"maggots".

My wife just informed me that the video was recut to be less graphic. The original video actually had a sinkful of maggots that the guy sinks his hands into.

Response by poster: 09scar, interesting! My memory of it was much closer to that: shot of full sink, shot of guy's face from the front, guy sinks his hands in, really as if it was a sinkful of water, and splashes them up on his face as if refreshed. I wonder if I saw the original somehow. (Did she mean it was re-cut before airing on MTV, or that the original aired on MTV and the version on YouTube is a re-cut version?)
