Help finding an obscure tune.

I need help finding an obscure (but very jolly) tune ....

The song is called "The Sun has got its Hat on "
and it goes :
"The Sun has got its Hat on ,
Hip Hip Hip Hip Hooray,
The Sun has got its Hat on ,
And its coming out to play"
if anyone has the mp3 of this uplifting ditty please let me know !

Instrumental version. What do you need it for? Its not that obscure, I could record me singing over this instrumental if you really wanted...but that would involve you having to suffer through my singing ;)
