How can I keep track of my progress towards personal goals?

Is there a web-based "Balanced Scorecard"-application available for individuals to evaluate progress towards goals in their personal lives? I know there are applications like NetWorthIQ for finance and several services (like FitDay) for tracking fitness/diets/weight loss. I am looking for a "personal dashboard" where I can create metricks to track all my goals -- including finance and fitness/diets, but also education, work, love life, etc -- preferably with charting...

Not sure if this is too simple for what you need, but awhile back, WCityMike had recommended Joe's Goals in response to a sort of similar question, and I think it's a really nifty online tool.

I second "Joe's Goals" above. Simple, effective, and portable :>
