multi user web calendar

Looking for the best web-based project management app where different users can update a wall planner style calendar, leave notes and lists for each other etc etc.

Bonus points for simplicity and ease of use. I know there's a few out there, but which is the best in your experience?

i've read that this is a good Basecamp clone AND it is 100% free. it is not hosted, so you will need to know how to install PHP/MySQL apps.

I might be a moron, but we had trouble with the Basecamp calendar seeing more than a few weeks out. As a publishing company, we wanted a calendar that would cover two to three years out. It didn't seem to be possible.

Again, I might be a moron, and it's really easy. If I'm wrong here, someone correct me, and we'll go back to using Basecamp.

I used dotProject to plan a cross-country move, and it's got all the features you're looking for.
