how to automatically copy appointments from person to public calendar.

Outlook/Exchange: I want appointments in my personal calendar belonging to a certain category (can use label if necessary) to automatically copy over to a public folder calendar on the exchange server.

Is there some macro/utility/whatever available that can do this with little fuss? I'd prefer not to install software, I'd like to keep it within outlook, but I'm open. I'm using Outlook 2003, not sure what version of exchange.
