"Tous, tous, tous... tous des clowns"

When I was in middle school French class, the teacher repeatedly played a song (probably on cassette) with a chorus that went "tous, tous, tous... tous des clowns / Tous des clowns!" i.e. "all the clowns." I cannot find this song anywhere online!
No later than the early 90s. It's possible I've got the spelling wrong, but I've tried several variations (though other similar-sounding constructions are possible). There is an "On est tous des clowns" but it is not that. This chorus with the repeated "tous" is seared in my brain. Please hope me, metamind.
Best answer: This might be the original of the previous

Response by poster: THIS one is it!! Turns out Alain Turban had a few versions, and I had not listened to the right one!
Thanks for helping place that!! It's just as ridiculous as I remember.

Response by poster: Quick folo: The YouTube thing says released 2009 but Wikipedia says the original album came out in 1995. Definitely it!
