Best Headache Log App available for Android?

I would like to log my headaches for presentation to a doctor. I would like to log the following: Date and time, location (i.e. temple, eye, left, right, etc.), other symptoms (nausea, auras etc.), medication taken and time, food eaten recently. Ideally I would also love it if an app could check in with me say every half hour or hour or whatever after I report a headache and be like "is it gone yet?" so I have a record of when it ends. And if it can import weather data that's a bonus, but I don't imagine that's common. I would like to be able to generate a log . What have you used and liked? Willing to pay for an app.

Last similar question seems to be from 2012, so I assume things have changed.

I like Migraine Buddy.

Migraine Buddy does all of that except a detailed food log - you could build one for primary foods of concern or just put it in the narrative.

I think I’ve tried most if not all of them, at least on iOS. Migraine Buddy is probably the closest. Canadian Migraine Tracker is also often recommended but I cant remember the specifics of its features. Pain Scale is another I’ve used because I wanted something that would ask me every hour how i was doing, and it was the first app I could get to do that.
