Can you recommend a laundry pick-up service in Chicago?

The laundromat in my neighborhood that did pickup/drop-off burned down. :( Then the next service I tried, Bolt, gave me back a bunch of stuff that wasn't mine and didn't pick it up to return to its rightful owners. :( :( Are there specific services you recommend that will do residential laundry pickup in Logan Square? (The pickup part is essential; not looking to drop my stuff off somewhere myself.)

I just had an incredibly mediocre experience with Rinse. Pickup/dropoff was great. Got a bunch of stuff back that wasn't mine (but they did come to pick that stuff up) and also didn't get a few things back (which they refunded). Also, they charged us three times their estimate.
