Help me find the best damn anti-fog glasses lens cleaner a person can buy in 2023.
I live in Canada and have been on a quest to find an ideal anti-fog glasses lens cleaner but haven't yet found anything that completely satisfies me. This is despite always cleaning, and drying, my glasses before applying the anti-fog cleaner to my lenses, which is the proper way to do it. I sweat like a pig even on the coldest of days which usually always leads to fog build-up on my lenses and often gets to the point where the fog on my glasses freezes and forms into ice. This not only is an annoyance—it's somewhat of a safety issue. And while wiping my lenses with my fingers may clear things up, the fog inevitably returns and when entering a building the lenses immediately fog up completely.
My criteria is as follows:
1. The product should completely prevent fog or condensation from forming on the lenses. The best anti-fog product I've tried so far is OptiPlus Anti-Fog Spray which does a decent job, but a small layer of transparent condensation appears on my lenses when walking into a building which may not be as bad as a thick layer of white fog, but it's enough to reduce visibility to some extent.
2. The product should either not contain alcohol or, if it does, should contain only a minimal amount of it (as too much alcohol, according to optometrists, eventually leads to scratches and, secondly, because I use an electric air blower to dry my glasses which I've found is the best way to dry glasses without scratching them and prevent them from streaking, but could potentially be a fire risk if enough alcohol is in the product. I plan on sticking to the blower method to keep my lenses in pristine shape as I've found that even a bit of dust on a microfibre cloth can scratch lenses).
3. The product shouldn't leave streaks or residue as that would require me to use a cloth which I don't plan on returning to.
I've tried some of the anti-fog 'hacks' that are online like using shaving cream, dish soap, etc. but the shaving cream method didn't seem to work for me (maybe only certain shaving creams work for this?), the dish soap method takes a long time to apply (as the proper way to do it is to let the soap dry completely and then buff it off with a cloth) and using spit is out of the question as it's a bit gross and would no doubt lead to streaking, stickiness, etc.
If someone could help me out, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

ProGear Anti-Fog Gel is by far the best thing I've ever used.

They list their ingredients as: paper tissue, water, ethanol, plant cellulose extract, surfactants, hydrophilic polymers. So it has ethanol, an alcohol. I see they also have a spray, which also contains ethanol.
They have an alcohol-free anti-fog cloth, which I haven't tried, but I would certainly try it based on my experience with this company.
