What is this type of dress called?

I need to upgrade my work uniform as I've gotten a promotion (yay!) in a new job. I want very much to get versions of this dress worn by Annie Sloan - that loose dress in a great fabric with side details and POCKETS. I work in tech and the whole Quirky Bohemian Aunt vibe works well for me. What is this specific style of dress called so I can find it?

I don't know the name of that dress, but a google search for loose linen tunic dress turned up a lot of possibilities.

Also-- in the boho auntie direction, are you familiar with gudrun sjoden? It's not quite the same as your picture, but they have a lot of linen and knit dress/tunics that might be of interest, e.g., striped jersey, woven linen dress, or woven cotton.

I'd call it a caftan dress.

Google search for "caftan dresss" or "caftan tunic" or "caftan tunic dress" turns out similar styles.

That dress is likely a tunic dress with pockets. Lagenlook is a style that incorporates the oversized, colorful layers. I also like Eileen Fisher but there are other whole companies that have the boho, loose fit such as Blue Fish Clothing.

I got this dress and like it. They make others that are similarly slouchy and asymmetrical.

I feel like the ur-brand for this kind of linen bag dress is Flax. Eileen Fisher too. And while they are not usually linen, for a more expensive but also colorful and loose dress-based way of life, check out Marimekko.
