Looking for an app to track food consumption and pain levels?

I'm looking for an iOS app where I can track what I've eaten and the pain levels that result from it.
I recently visited the hospital and was told that I have gallbladder stones. I'm waiting to hear from a surgeon to determine what happens next in terms of treating them. In the meantime, I understand that the pain is triggered by certain foods. While I've read a few articles about the kinds of foods that tend to trigger pain, I'd like to use some kind of app where I can enter the foods I've eaten, when I ate them and the pain levels that follow. I've prefer a single app that can track these together. Can anyone recommend an app like this? I use iOS.

It's been a while since I used it, but I believe Cara Care does this.

I have the app “better”, to track food and symptoms. It’s the one my dietitian recommended. You can take photos of meals or recipes, which is what I did, while figuring, my food stuff out.

mySymptoms does this and you can export/email to pdf to bring to doctors offices. I have used it for almost for a decade for dysentery and IBS symptoms that turned out to be onion sensitivity.

Only downside is it's not free, I think it was 20$ a year or somewhere in that range though the apps do with with family sharing so if you have a family group thing others can use it on their own phones as well.
