Is there an iOS app you can customize to check things off?

I am tracking what I eat by type of food and I am looking for an app to help me track it. For example, I want to eat 7 veg servings, 3 protein, 4 whole grains, etc. is there an app where I can enter the category and number that I want to eat per day and then as I eat them I can check them off? I can think of other uses, too, like tracking pills and vitamins or even household chores.
HabitRPG.com lets you create lists of things to do daily, regular habits that aren't necessarily daily, and one-time chores.
It has role playing elements, in that you collect points and can find pets. I find it increases my motivation to get those dailies checked off, when I know it might trigger food for a pet or more points.

The Weight Watchers app (subscription required) obviously does the food thing.
Medication tracking is easy on the Walgreen's app (not required to be a Walgreen's customer).
