Social Media trends for the too-busy Social Media Manager

I am my organization's entire Marketing and Social Media department. As a result I do not, for example, have the time to scroll through TikTok for the latest trending sounds to pair with my content. I am looking for resources (blogs, newsletters, other social media accounts) to help me stay current on trends, algorithm changes, strategy, etc.
I do urgently need the social media help, but I am also open to resources that reach beyond that to other things a nonprofit marketing manager might appreciate having more information on- graphic design, press releases, managing media relationships, corporate outreach, etc. I'm not a rank amateur but as a generalist who has to keep a million plates spinning, I'm trying to be efficient with both my professional development and the amount of time I allocate to various tasks. Thanks for your help, MeFiMarketers!

You say you're working in a nonprofit... is this something you can hand off to volunteers?

Try the Marketing Brew newsletter. I subscribe to the Morning Brew, which is their generalist one, but taking a look at their marketing one makes it seem like it's a good fit for you (social media is one of their major topics).
