Beach day near Lisbon - recommendations needed

Which beach do you recommend near Lisbon ? Criteria inside

Looking for a beach near Lisbon to go to this week. Needs to be close enough to Lisbon that we can hire a driver (or Uber) to take us there (public transit isn't a great option for everyone in our group). We would like the beach to have chairs and umbrellas for rent, public washrooms, and some food and drink options on site (ideally). Nice to have would be that ability to rent boogie boards + fun waves for teens in the group. What beach ticks all or most of these boxes? Thanks in advance

Praia do Guincho, outside of Cascais, ticks all your boxes I think. A 30-40 minute Uber outside of Lisbon (maybe 25E) and there are beach bars and I believe umbrella rentals. There is a public toilet/shower block at the beach just to the south, likely at Guincho too but can't 100% confirm. Lots of hotel options at Cascais.

There's a great Portuguese beach app called Info Praia that you can look up beaches that have good water quality, have beach chair rentals, have food, have toilets, are lifeguarded, etc. If Guincho doesn't suit you it's easy to look up other options.
