Exploria Stadium seating preference question

Hi! What are some of the "good seats" at Exploria Stadium in Orlando?

I am going to Orlando for a conference in mid-September, and instead of doing schmoozy conference things in the evening, I'm going to go to an MLS match (Orlando City v. Atlanta United). I'm a Timbers season ticket holder, and I'm used to where our seats are at Providence Park (north end, corner, 8 rows up from the corner flag), so my natural inclination is to find a similar seat at Exploria.

But it'd also be fun to see a game from a different perspective, as it were, so I'd be interested in hearing what some of the good (and maybe also not-so-good) seats/perspectives in that stadium are. Some specific questions:

1. It's a 6PM KO, so this may not be an issue, but I do not want to sit in the direct sun if I can avoid it. Shade is my friend.
2. Is the standing/supporter section friendly for neutrals? I'm literally going to be a tourist, and I wouldn't want to annoy people with my lack of Orlando fandom (not rooting for Atlanta either, I'm just going because I like live soccer), but it might be fun to see how other SC's roll from the inside, if I wouldn't be seen as an interloper.
3. Are seats in the back rows of the upper level still decent? I'm not on a super tight budget (I can probably spend like $40-50 on a ticket) but if I can get a seat for $30 or so I'll sit up high as long as the views are OK.

Also, bonus question: is there a tailgating scene around the stadium? If I show up at a tailgate with some beer (and maybe a scarf or two to trade), would I be welcomed even though I'm not connected to OCSC at all?

Not if you are a Timbers fan…

Go Sounders!!!

Apparently there are no Orlando fans on AskMefi. Or all the seats are terrible…

Hope you get some responses that are actually helpful
