Is there a "dead brands" merch clearinghouse? (Or a list somewhere?)

A couple of years ago there was a post on Gizmodo about a webstore for the defunct Verizon brand Oath. It was full of super cheap Oath-branded merch and I wish I had gotten a fun Yahoo! moleskine or a scented candle or something. Surely there are lots of nascent brands/companies that swag themselves out and then die; is there some place where these things get sold off in a fire sale? Or is there a Slickdeals type site that catalogs where to find them? (I know this is a niche but it combines my loves of cheap stuff and dead brands and gag swag.)

They generally go to a liquidator who also handles returns and other crap from Amazon, Walmart, Target, and so on. I am not aware of anyone specialize in dead brand merchandise.

And from there they go to individual buyers who do all those "I bought a pallet of crap from Amazon Returns, watch me open them" videos, and the individual items would end up in their own little retail store, or eBay.

For $650 you might be able to get to Vietnam or Africa, which seems to be the places I see pictures of kids wearing those "Cleveland Indians World Series Champions" shirts.

Flea markets and stores like Odd Lots can sometimes get those types of items. Also sometimes I've seen them at some of the larger chains of thrift stores.
