Name That Soft-Rock Tune from Early 90s

Singer was male, a slow drawn-out kind of pace and main chorus was a long drawn-out lyric "No I........*something something* fall in love, No I..........*something something* fall in love" Sorry I can't do better than that. It might have been form the very late 80s or very early 90s.

I can't remember the name of the song but I'm thinking of the background music in this scene from Friends. Starts around 1.30ish.
