Dr. David Burns book "Feeling Good"

I'm a hundred or so pages into Dr. Burns' book. It is not only practical it is a fun read (in the genre of depression). The forms he suggests to record and analyze cognitions are potentially quite useful but not available, at least to my ability.
.
These forms are called Figures in the book and are, for the most part, filled in in the book. In addition, the book I have is 8 x 5" so trying to enlarge will not work very well.
Please let me and the green know if you have a source for Dr. Burns' blank forms.
Thank you

David Burns's email address may be found on a cached page here (don't know if the address is still good). You might try emailing him.

I checked the two libraries I'm a member of and both collections have the e-book (downloadable as epub/to kindle/etc). I recommend checking if your library has it available digitally.

I worked through this book and I actually just used graph paper for it. I know making those can feel like Just One More Thing To Do but I found that, having made the forms myself, I was more compelled to actually fill them in. YMMV of course!

Best answer: His web site is feelinggood.com but the contact page warns that he cannot reply to visitors: https://feelinggood.com/contact/
Have you tried putting the terms "feeling good david burns worksheets" into a Google Images search (like this)? It looks like a few of them come up, as Google Docs that others may have put together. Just a right-click away! :7)

Response by poster: Thank you for the swift responses. I believe my error was in not using the term worksheets in a search. Stay safe.

I just made my own worksheets, then never followed through with using them. For what it’s worth.

Maybe you could recreate them in Google Docs or Sheets?
