Postapocalyptic Household Hints

What was the web comedy video series with this premise: Each video provides cooking/household hints. Something very terrible (environmental catastropheish) has happened outside; everyone is confined to their homes. The hint-providing host is likable but clearly stressed to the breaking point & is packed-full-of-Prozac artificially cheery. I think I saw this on Metafilter?
