Reference for chapter timestamps for audiobooks?

I've started listening to audiobooks via Hoopla more often, but for some reason many of them don't have integrated chapter bookmarks even though the same recordings (generally popular Audible ones) accessed elsewhere do. Is there a good place to look up the timestamps (i.e. Chapter 2 36:07, Chapter 3 57:13, etc) for books so that I can create my own bookmarks or at least know where I am within a book? Barring that, can anyone find this for the book Neurotribes?

I’m not sure about Hoopla, but the Libby app has exactly what you’re looking for: each audiobook is broken up into chapters with accompanying time stamps!

Response by poster: I like Libby/Overdrive but Hoopla has a slightly different selection of items and also has no waitlist (because of the way its permissions work or something) so I want to make Hoopla work (better) for me as well.
