All Things Clicked and Added to a Playlist

How do I listen to a full All Things Considered episode (without happening to turn on the radio exactly when it's playing)?

I want to listen to All Things Considered on my own timeline. When I try to stream it from NPR One or the NPR website, it doesn't play the stories in order unless I manually add them to a playlist -- it starts playing other random NPR stories. Overcast does not have All Things Considered. What is going on here? I want to listen to a full episode while cooking and cleaning at home without having to manually build a playlist each time.

I'm in Maine. The MPBN app allows me to listen any time.

Do you see the "Download" link, for example on this episode? It has a downward-pointing arrow icon.

If you click it, it may start playing automatically, or once it's downloaded you may be able to open your Downloads folder and click on the .mp3 file there to hear it.

I use Stitcher app to collect show playlists. I do see All Things Considered among the available titles.
