What was this song I heard?

Help me figure out the name/artist of the 8-bit techno snippet played on All Things Considered today.

...And before it's suggested, I did search the NPR site, because I know they list the songs they play between segments.

Not this one, though!

It was played at the tail end of "President's Comments on Economy Examined." I listened to all the songs on the rundown page and...nada. Help?
