You Ruined Everything (in the Nicest Way)

I'm looking for songs, essays, interviews, stories, etc. on the topic of "mourning your pre-baby life".
The first thing that comes to mind is this lovely song by Jonathan Coulton, but it's a feeling that comes up for me from time to time as a proud parent of a soon-to-be-one-year-old and it finally occurred to me that it would be nice to hear/read/see some other perspectives on this.

Paul Simon's That Was Your Mother.

I'm kind of reading into it knowing her history, but Tracyanne and Danny's Home & Dry I am pretty sure is about the change of her life once her son was born and how that complicated things between her and her husband.

On the topic of mourning your mother's pre-baby life: Jason Isbell, Children of Children
"I was riding on my mother's hip
She was shorter than the corn
All the years I took from her
Just by being born."

If you can imagine yourself as Frank Sinatra, Kelly Hogan's "Daddy's Little Girl" is perfect.

A Mother's Confession by Amanda Palmer is more about the anxieties and fears of parenthood but I think is related.

Slightly different angle (from the child's perspective), but Carol Ann Duffy's poem Before You Were Mine.
