Can I extract notes from AirTable to Evernote?

I have been using AirTable as a kind of common place book. Basically, I have two databases, once of sources, and one of notes on those sources, where each note is a record in the database. I am wondering if it is possible to export those notes in a format so that I can add them to an Evernote notebook.
The database structure is pretty simple. Each record has a column for the source (which is linked to another AirTable but basically just captures the author, the title, and a URL), some tags, and then an actual note.
Ideally, I'd love to export that to some format where I can programmatically format the notes (maybe markdown?) and then, eventually, get them into Evernote somehow (even if it is just copy and paste).
Airtable supports exporting to CSV which I feel like should unlock all kinds of potential paths here but I can't figure them out.
