Share an editable playlist between multiple users on different services?

I'm looking to create a shared playlist which multiple people can add to and which works across different streaming services (Spotify and Google Play for sure - maybe others if possible)

As I said, Spotify and Google Play music for sure, Amazon Music and Apple Music if possible.

I understand that the various services have good reasons for not wanting to play nice with each other but it seems like this should be possible.

Obviously some sort of app or web-service which does it all fairly easily would be ideal but, if it comes to it, I have a potentially internet facing static-ip home server, a Linux box and just enough command line knowledge to be dangerous, so if there's a way to run some sort of script or service which would pull down playlists from different users on different services, collate them, and then re-publish them as playlists on multiple services then I'd at least give it a crack.

Soundsgood? Have never used it myself.

Hm, sort of, but that looks more intended for one person to share their personal playlists across multiple platforms - I'm looking for a way for multiple people to share an interactive playlist across multiple platforms.
