New song with an old refrain, a deep male voice "shoop-a-doop..."

It sounded a lot like "The Book of Love." The lead singer was a male vocalist, much higher, who was doing a very credible Roackbilly, I heard it at the Old Navy when I was buying shoes, and not pretending their canvas sneaks are the most comfy on the planet for old 90's dudes. Nope.

I don't know what ", and not pretending their canvas sneaks are the most comfy on the planet for old 90's dudes. Nope." means.

The most "Rockabilly" thing on that playlist is Don't Matter Now, by George Ezra

Have not been in Old Navy for the past decade but one recent-ish song that fits the bill is Bahamas' Opening Act

The do-wop refrain was a driving beat, and the music mostly electronic - this was more of a dance song, with the sing-song spoken word cadence to the rest of the lyrics harkening back to Commander Cody and the like.
