All in one scheduler, patient case file management system

Have you used or do you know of an all-in-one patient management system for alternative health or talk therapy or massage therapy? I'm looking for a way to schedule appointments on the internet, store patient information and print receipts, etc. for my little practice. Special snowflakes within...

I recently moved cities and am just beginning to set up my practice as someone who has the same administration needs as a massage therapist or a talk therapist. In the past I collected information from my patients and kept it in a physical file that I pulled out each time I saw them, and I wrote them receipts by hand at the end of our sessions. This is a totally fine way of doing things but I'd like to do the whole thing electronically, as well as schedule appointments and send automatic reminders.
My needs are not enormous but the ideal platform would:
- allow patients to schedule appointments with me on the internet
- send automatic appointment confirmations
- sync with gcal
- store the patient information, date seen, health history and notes about each session
- print receipts
- i suppose it should sync to the cloud so i don't lose my whole business in an electrical storm

Have you used a program like this? Did you love it? Now is a good time for me to start a new system as I don't (yet) have a ton of patients and so the data transfer time would be minimal.

In the past I used youcanbook.me which was fine for scheduling but had none of the other features. i know i can use 5 different applications to achieve my goal, but maybe there's something that does it all? looking online gets me to a sea of ads for products that have some of these features and I have no idea what is good. Please help!

Thank you!

I pay for it, but I love sarotiapp. It's really elegant and has intakes, questionnaires, payments, bookings, data storage, gcal sync, reminders, etc.

My therapist and several other practitioners I know use SimplePractice. I believe it has many of the functions you are looking for.

I know a few therapists who use MindBody.
