Please help me find a dead pop culture art site

I am looking for an old website (at least 10 years old) that did weekly art challenges for members only.
The results were available to the public to view, but the artists were there by invitation only. The themes were pop culture related. I know that Dave Perillo and Pascal Campion were two of the artists involved. I found a mention of it (but not the site name) in Campion's archives. The only other things I remember is that it was on a black background, and one of the themes may have been "Powerpuff Girls" (or several people interpreted the theme to be PPG). There were 2-3 years of art then the site stopped. I'm hoping someone remembers the name of the site so I can see if I can find it on the Wayback Machine. Thank you!
