Down the memory hole...

Remember Russ Kick? Remember the Memory Hole?

Does anyone know what happened to the memory hole? Did it get taken down? Insidious reasons, perhaps?

The wikipedia page doesn't say when/why it got taken down, but thememoryhole.org link is dead. The last post on the internet archive was from October 27, 2009.

The Internet Archive material (donated by Alexa) is sometimes delayed by months.

Google search of site:thememoryhole.org shows a number of cached pages; a random sampling found the most recent date of these to be June 20, 2010.

Response by poster: I weep for the loss of this site. We need the memory hole now as much as ever. I suppose WikiLeaks is the new watchdog site?
