Looking for kayaking route for multi-day Lake Powell trip.

We've been scouring the internet for cool routes and it's just not cutting it. There are a lot of routes that people suggest that have heavy traffic and boating. We're looking for something a little more remote or secluded.
Anyone who has experience with the canyon, can you suggest a good route or good spots to camp our for the night. This is a short trip, four days, four people, and we really want to avoid crowds/boat traffic. Also, if anyone knows how many miles a day is realistic or any other misc. kayak trip tips, that would be appreciated. We're very excited and looking for some planning help.
