Beef Wellington near North Oakland

Where should we go to have Beef Wellington? Accessibility to North Oakland (walking, BART, and driving are all viable options) and price are factors.

At Flora (in Uptown) 2 blocks from BART they do a Brie Beef Wellington. It's sort of a mashup modern comfort food version.

Expensive dinner with drinks, but worth it.
