What's that 90s song with the guy talking?
I need to find a song from the 90s...I believe it would have been an alt-rock song. I don't have any lyrics or hint of memory of the actual music. All I know is that it had a deep-voiced male speaking. He had a slow voice. I think the speaking part was only in the beginning of the song. It was morose. I don't remember what he was even talking about. It's not the sunscreen song. It's not fire water burn by the bloodhound gang and it's not pepper by the butthole surfers.

Something about Mullins' delivery in this song always makes me think of Jack Nicholson, which makes me want to hear it covered in a full-blown Jack Nicholson impression.

Even though this is resolved, I'd like to add Poe's "Hey Pretty (Drive By mix)" (with spoken bits by her brother/House of Leaves author, Mark Danielewski) in case anyone is stockpiling things from this genre.
