Motivational Songs For Workouts And Work

Can anyone suggest some motivational songs that you can use for working out, running, and work?

These songs can be from a low to a high with drums with or without lyrics. I have included some references below to give everyone a better reference on the type of songs I would prefer.

Steve Jablonsky - Lockdown
Thomas Bergerson - Final Frontier
Under Armour Informical – Foot Steps

I like anything by Chic for exercising. The groove is relentless.

Bergerson's work, along with his work as part of Two Steps From Hell is all available from CD Baby. You can preview there or on 2step's YouTube channel.

There are also some suggestions in this old AskMe post:

I like music podcasts for working out; a good dj mix tends to have more flow than a random collection of songs.

Another, somewhat counter-intuitive, approach is to download spoken word podcasts and audiobooks. If I can loose myself in some good history then I'm not watching the clock, or thinking about whether I'm tired, hungry, or sore. Sometimes I'll even work out harder this way: Caesar will be in the midst of battling a horde of British warriors, and I will work out an extra ten minutes to follow the battle to the end rather than hit pause.

The music I like is a little harder than your samples, but some of the following might work for you. All of them produce hour+ sets that are heavily layered and mixed.

Edgar Velazquez - Strong beats from Mexico
Jose Spinnin' Cortes - More from Mexico
DJ Oscar G - Miami. A more classic house sound.
DJ Paulo - LA. A little bit harder and darker
Abel Aguilera - Miami. One of my all time favorites
Joe Gauthreaux - If you want more vocals

Woodkid - Iron

This has lyrics, but has a great drum build up, not 100% sure if stylistically it's what you want, but it's my go too inspiring song.
