Getting nipple piercings in the Washington DC Metro area

I've been considering getting my nipples pierced for a long time, and am really starting to come down on the 'yes please' side. However, I'm not a big body mod person, so I have no idea where the best places in my area are to get pierced. Does anyone have any recommendations for me? Or places to stay away from? I live in Manassas, VA, which is about 30 miles west of DC. I'd love to not have to travel a super long way, but I'm willing to in order to get a good piercing. I'm large-breasted (DD), but I have pretty well-formed nipples (or so I'm told) so I don't think they should be difficult to pierce. I just want to make sure I get it done safely and correctly.

I recently got a new set of ear piercings at Tattoo Paradise and was very happy with the service I received. Brian was both professional and friendly, and took extra time to make sure the piercings would look good.

I found him via Yelp, which also rated Fatty's highly, but noted that they're more expensive.
