help with Polish music

Does anyone recognize these bits of Polish music?
1. I am looking for the original title and the lyrics and whatever else you might know / can dig up about this childrens' song.

2. According to my book, this ditty was written by a Polish composer named in Chinese 扬。奥乌夫...in pinyin that would be Yang Ao wu fu, so maybe hir name is something like Jan Wolfe? Again, the title of the piece, the composer's name or any info at all really would be great.

There is a video / sound below each song. There isn't one called Little Artisan, but the tune may well be there with different words. Jan Wolfe does not sound Polish to be honest. Maybe Janusz Wolf?
