The boringest boots with the chunkiest heel?

I love these boots. I don't love the $395 price tag. Can you help me find something extremely similar?
Things I like about the boots:
*The mid-height, chunky heel. I don't want anything much thinner than that, because then I'll feel like I'm actually wearing heels.
*The absence of frills, hardware, patterns, accents, or color.
* The ankle-height cut.
* The pointy, but not too pointy, toe box.
* The quality. I love Loeffler Randall quality, and understand that's why the brand is pricey. I'm hoping to find something even close in quality, but less in price.
Some (albeit cute) options that aren't what I'm looking for:
The too thin heel, the cut goes too far over the ankle.
The fussy zipper pull, the contrasting leathers, and the "wooden" heel.
The turned-up, nearly cowboy-ish toe, and the Steve Madden quality. (The ones I'm trying to replace are higher end Maddens, and they bit the dust after one winter in NYC.)
The slightly too thin heel and the price. (This one's closest, however!)
Sigh, if I can't find anything totally right for less, I'm willing to splurge for the Madewells or the Loeffler Randalls. But I'm hoping to keep the price to about max $200.
Thoughts? Do these exist?

This looks pretty close, except for the pointy heel.
These look close, but the toe is more rounded.
These are lots cheaper, but with a higher shaft.
Frankly, if I were you, I'd just go to Zappos and 6PM.com and click down the filters to boots/booties/black/3"+heel and see what comes up.
(I know Amazon bought Zappos, and we shouldn't buy from Amazon because of the way they treat their employees, but damn, Zappos is convenient for shoes.)

I've owned a bunch of those boots back in the day.
All were bought in punk stores, like Trash and Vaudeville on St Marks. They used to have an absolutely fabulous and unique shoe selection.
Looks like they are now online.
I think my first pair was from the men's section. I made it work. Fell in love with the style after that.
Hope this helps.

Can't provide a specific link but thought it'd be worth mentioning that what you are describing as "pointy, but not too pointy, toe box" is often found under "almond toe". Hope it helps you search better. FWIW, I've had feelings for these exact shoes for a year now.

How about these boots designed by my DIL? They do have a buckle, but the price is very reasonable.

I just found these on sale at ASOS. They have many other black ankle boots that may be worth searching through.
