Selkie Spoken Word?

Wifey and I remember hearing a spoken-word, like an audio-book, story of a Selkie who eventually has a child. We don't recall it being a poem, nor was it music-with-sparse-lyrics; it was telling a story, with maybe some short musical interludes, and was probably an hour or more long. We heard it on Public Radio (not sure in which state) several years ago. Anybody know what this was?

I was going to say it might be Gordon Bok - Peter Kagan and the Wind.
