Can you identify this song about someone's dog, by a 90s girl-fronted band?

90s girl-fronted band has a song about someone's dog. Title includes "dog." Or something like that. The song is not actually about a dog, I don't think.

Response by poster: I just found it, and got it completely messed up. The band is called "That Dog."
